Shipping and Return Policies


With few exceptions, all items in our catalog are always in stock and ready for immediate shipment. We ship up to the very last possible minute every business day, so you can be sure your order will be shipped the same day you place it. All orders are sent FOB Concord, CA via UPS, FedEx, USPS or the best way. For those urgent shipments, various special shipping options are available. For your convenience, an approximate timetable of the UPS delivery schedule has been added at the bottom of the page. Oversized items require additional shipping costs and will be added where appropriate. Custom orders are usually drop-shipped from the manufacturer and may cause a delay in shipping and increase in cost of shipping.



We will accept new products, returned in original packing and in a resellable condition within 30 days from the date of shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned after 60 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items over 90 days may not be returned. Items shipped from the Manufacuturer must be returned within 30 days of the date of reciept. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, personal care products, pillows, creams, books, brochures, and software. Washed items, worn product, or used garments will not be accepted. Special order items and custom built items, such as tables, are non-returnable.
